I am a third-generation family business entrepreneur, author, life-coach, motivational speaker. As I write this, I have 24+ years of business experience across verticals – agribusiness, international trade, training and development. I also don responsibilities in several social and professional bodies.

Ankur’s journey reveals how I have learnt and applied this mantra over the years. Along the journey, I have coached and mentored more than 100+ adults and 1000+ children across profiles with life-changing outcomes.

Taking this journey forward online, I am on a mission to help young corporate professionals and entrepreneurs in the age group 25-40 years EXCEL IN HARMONY Personally, Socially and Professionally, by adapting to YogaPLUS lifestyle.

My journey with Balaji started with an unexpected encounter in Chennai when I was going through a tough phase in my life (both physically and mentally).

The first thing that struck me about him was that he completely listened to me. He never judged my thoughts and me. From there on, Balaji started guiding me to do certain things in my daily routine (including Yoga Nidra and Pranayama to relax the mind and the body).

Gradually, his guidance gave me confidence and boost that someone would always stand by me even when I had no one alongside me. In half a decade, he has given me techniques and tricks that he had learnt over years. He taught me how to practice yoga in my daily life and answered even my smallest of queries through an ease that only a professional could manage.

He inspires me to be a good human! He transformed my thoughts and me! I am forever grateful for his love and guidance. He is my Dhruv-Tara (guiding light)
